Braid warranty policy
At kijani beauty parlour, we take pride in the quality of our braid services and want every client to leave satisfied and confident. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a limited warranty on all braid styles.
Warranty Period:
Our braid warranty is valid for 3–7 days from the date of your appointment.
What’s Covered:
During the warranty period, we’ll provide complimentary touch-ups for:
- Braids that loosen, unravel, or fall out due to stylist error.
- Minor corrections for up to 2–3 braids (if needed).
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- Issues caused by improper aftercare (e.g., not wrapping hair, getting it wet too soon).
- Problems from client-supplied or defective hair extensions.
- Normal frizz, new growth, or natural wear and tear.
- Braids adjusted or altered by another stylist.
How to Request a Warranty Touch-Up
If you experience an issue within the warranty period:
- Contact us via email, phone, or booking link within the covered time frame.
- Provide photos of the issue.
- Schedule your touch-up appointment (must be within 10–14 days of your original service).

Health & Safety First
For everyone’s safety, we cannot perform services on broken skin, infections, or contagious conditions.
Please let us know if you have allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical concerns — we’ll find the safest option for you.
Every tool and the surface is sanitized before and after each client.
Services for Clients Under 18
We love welcoming young clients — but safety always comes first.
To protect growing nails and ensure parental comfort, here’s how we handle underage services:
•Children under 13:
We offer only gentle services like hand or foot polish, mini-manicures, or nail art (no artificial nails).
A parent or guardian must stay during the appointment.
• Ages 13–15:
Can enjoy manicures or pedicures (without enhancements) with written parental consent and guardian present.
• Ages 16–17:
May have gel polish or overlays with signed parental consent. .
Nail Service Warranty Policy
We want you to love your nails from the moment you leave our chair and for days after! To ensure quality and client satisfaction, we offer a limited warranty on nail services.
Warranty Period:
- Gel, Builder gel, gel extension Sets:
- 5–7 days Basic Manicures or Polish: 2 days
What’s Covered:
We’ll gladly repair the following issues free of charge within the warranty period:
- Lifting or peeling of gel polish
- Broken nail extension (due to normal wear)
- Nail art or stones that come off within a few days
- Chipping caused by product or application error
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or rough handling (e.g., hitting or biting nails)
- Nails that break due to work, sports, or daily activities
- Issues caused by improper aftercare.
- Services done or altered by another tech.
